Overview

Fetches all stored information for an account at the given address. Mirrors TypeScript's GetAccountInfoApi.getAccountInfo(address, config?).

Returns a RpcContextualValue with:

.slot  — context slot
.value — AccountInfoWithBase64Data | AccountInfoWithJsonData | nil
       (nil when the account does not exist)
