Overview

NIST/NBS flavor base class. Canonical name Pubid::Nist::Identifier; every concrete NIST identifier (Identifiers::*) descends from it, and Identifiers::Base — aliased at the foot of this file — points back to it for backward compatibility. Being a real Pubid::Identifier subclass gives native is_a? identity and the shared polymorphic from_hash.
