Overview

Raised when ‘magma fixture verify` / `verify-dir` reports a non-recoverable failure (subprocess crashed, JSON malformed, etc.). `WorkspaceReport.compatibility.plans_cleanly = false` does NOT raise — it’s a typed status surfaced via the matcher.
