OKF::Sqlite3

A SQLite storage and full-text search engine for OKF — an FTS5-backed cache of Open Knowledge Format bundles giving BM25-ranked, snippeted search, a bounded memory footprint, and a warm cache shared across processes. It depends on the okf kernel and knows nothing about MCP.

Status: placeholder release (0.0.0) reserving the gem name. The engine lands in a later version.
