Overview

Main entry point for creating Neo4j drivers. Wraps the supplied AuthToken in a StaticAuthTokenManager and delegates the actual construction to Internal::DriverFactory#new_instance — same shape as Java's GraphDatabase.driver(...) → DriverFactory#newInstance(...).
