Metronome tempo marking direction type.

Represents tempo markings with beat unit and metronome value (e.g., ♩ = 120). Supports dotted beat units.

Examples:

Quarter note = 120 BPM

measure.metronome beat_unit: 'quarter', per_minute: '120'

# The element it builds, on its own -- already wrapped in its
# <direction-type>, which is why a Direction can just concatenate them:
Metronome.new(beat_unit: 'quarter', per_minute: '120').to_xml.string
# => "<direction-type>\n\t<metronome>\n\t\t<beat-unit>quarter</beat-unit>\n\t\t<per-minute>120</per-minute>\n\t</metronome>\n</direction-type>\n"

Dotted eighth = 90

measure.metronome beat_unit: 'eighth', beat_unit_dots: 1, per_minute: '90'
