Returns a new instance of LocalFlagsProvider.

Parameters:

    Mixpanel project token

  • config (Hash)

    Local flags configuration

  • tracker_callback (Proc)

    Callback to track events

  • error_handler (Mixpanel::ErrorHandler)

    Error handler

  • credentials (ServiceAccountCredentials, nil) (defaults to: nil)

    Optional service account credentials
