Parameters:

• dob (Date) (defaults to: nil) —

  Date of birth of the individual (YYYY-MM-DD).

• email (String) (defaults to: nil) —

  Email address of the individual.

• first_name (String) (defaults to: nil) —

  First name of the individual.

• last_name (String) (defaults to: nil) —

  Last name of the individual.

• phone (String) (defaults to: nil) —

  Phone number of the individual.

• ssn (String) (defaults to: nil) —

  Social security number (9 digits). Mutually exclusive with ssn_4.

• ssn_4 (String) (defaults to: nil) —

  Last 4 digits of SSN. Mutually exclusive with ssn.
