Type which allows date and time to be specified as either a Gregorian date and time, as specified in <>, as text, or as both. Keep-forever (wave-5 sweep): Metanorma-specific text/content shape with no relaton-bib 2.2.0.pre.alpha.1 counterpart; not a migration candidate.
