Overview

‘BasicElement` with an identifier, to be used in crossreferencing by Reference Elements. The `IdElement` itself acts as a reference point, such as in a `SourcecodeBlock` for callout references (the `IdElement` is the location), and for delimiting `ReviewComment` start/end places.
