Overview

Wires the Rack middleware into the Rails stack. Placed after ActionDispatch::ShowExceptions so unhandled exceptions are captured and then re-raised to Rails’ own error handling (spec 004 section 6).

Call Logtide.init(…) from an initializer; this railtie only installs the middleware.
