Overview
Canonical chemistry representation model. Format-agnostic plain Ruby classes; not tied to any wire format.
Every adapter (CML XML, AsciiChem text, future SMILES/InChI/MOL) speaks the canonical model. Adapters never talk to each other directly — only through these classes.
