Overview

Renders the uri:provider:path inline macro's replacement content — see DESIGN-asciidoctor-beautify-uri.adoc, "Inline Macro Syntax". Unlike CardRenderer (a whole bordered card block), this produces a single run of text meant to flow inside a paragraph: title, optional artist/channel, the provider's own brand icon, and its link text, all wrapped in one hyperlink.
