Overview

Migrates file-based storage to SQLite database

Handles migration of all .aidp directory files to the new SQLite storage. Supports dry-run mode, backup creation, and rollback.

Usage:

migrator = StorageMigrator.new(project_dir: Dir.pwd)
migrator.migrate!
