Overview

What the bitwise operators refuse. Both refusals are there because the same Ruby would otherwise mean different things per adapter: MySQL and SQLite take a boolean for the one bit it is stored as, so published & active would quietly be the AND it looks like, while PostgreSQL has no such operator and would say so.
