Array Column Type:
User.where.contains(tags: [1, 3])

HStore Column Type:
User.where.contains(data: { nickname: 'chainer' })
# SELECT user.* FROM user WHERE user.data @> 'nickname' => 'chainer'
JSONB Column Type:
User.where.contains(data: { nickname: 'chainer' })
# SELECT user.* FROM user WHERE user.data @> {'nickname': 'chainer'}
